Our original design filler bags allow you to hold ALL of the sand in one filler bag.  This design improvement maximizes the shifting sand effect.  It sends more shifting sand instability to your stabilizer muscles, and delivers a better sandbag training workout for a given amount of sand.  Our filler bags are optional.  You can also use our contractor bags to hold the sand. You can also either hold all the sand in one filler bag or buy 2 or 3 to divide the sand load into separate compartments.  Each filler bag is the entire length and width of the outer bag.  The thickness can be divided up into 2 or 3 bags. We advise using one filler bag per outer bag, but you can do it your way.
