Our filler bags are of a special design to maximize the shifting sand effect of our original design outer bags.  ONE filler bag holds ALL of the sand.  This allows the sand to move as a whole unit with the outer bag.  This is important for proper sandbag training. We advise using only one filler bag with the small outer bag.  Our larger outer bags can take more than one filler bag.
